Put your favourite tableware on display and keep it safe behind our cupboards ribbed glass doors. With their steady smooth surfaces, you can also place a vase with colourful flowers or any trinkets on top and they will always be right where you want them. Turnaround Times

Standard orders for small items that can be moved with a regular courier, placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 business days, unless the products are on 'pre-order' status.

Larger furniture pieces and fragile items need to be transported with a removalist and will be booked in on the next available run.

All shipments are subject to item availability.

We are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.

Please choose wisely as House of Orange do not offer refunds for change of mind. We accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your item on full-priced homewares items only (excluding artwork) and only accept unused items in their original condition, in the original packaging with the tags attached and the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these criteria are not met.

Products will be inspected upon their return and exchanges or store credits issued for the original value of the items excluding shipping costs. Store credits will be issued if the same item is unavailable and are valid for twelve months from the date of issue. House of Orange will not accept liability for any breakages or damages to goods which have been moved from the original delivery point.

Refund, exchange or store credit is available should you receive a damaged or faulty item. In such cases, please supply clear images of the item along with your contact details and order number to retail@houseoforange.com.au within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
