Characteristics: Our linen and cotton upholsteries are designed to age gracefully, with subtle shift in colour that may occur with exposure to light and daily use. These subtle variations are part of the fabric’s authentic charm and give your sofa a unique, lived-in character and timeless quality.
Care Instructions: Remove non-greasy stains by carefully dabbing with a lint-free cloth or sponge wrung out in clean warm water. If necessary, clean by dabbing with soapy water with a little dish soap. Finally, dab the surface with clean water. Avoid contact with sharp objects.
All of our Couches are shipped from Melbourne. Due to the size of this product we will contact you regarding shipping upon receipt of your order.

Free collection is available from our workshop in Bentleigh East, Victoria.
Any delivery costs will be offered under cost price and will be calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address.
For deliveries within Victoria, we can offer an assembly service upon delivery. Orders delivered to other Australian states arrive in compact, sustainable packaging and are designed for straightforward assembly, with all instructions provided.
Any potential access issues must be communicated to our team prior to delivery. Unless otherwise arranged, delivery pricing is based on a two-person delivery to a ground-floor location with clear and unrestricted access.
Warranties
5 Year Warranty On Defects
House of Orange warrants all beds, tables and other made to order products.
We cover manufacturing or product defects i.e. materials and workmanship for a 5 year period.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage arising from abnormal use, no proper maintenance and modified goods.
Returns
Please choose wisely as House of Orange do not offer refunds for change of mind for made to order furniture.
