Standard orders for small items that can be moved with a regular courier, placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 business days, unless the products are on 'pre-order' status.
Larger furniture pieces and fragile items that need to be moved with a removalist will be booked in on the next available and delivered accordingly. Depending on your location this can be anyway from 1 day to 3 weeks turnaround.
All shipments are subject to item availability.
We are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses.
We ship Australia wide.
REDIRECTS AND REDELIVERIES
Re-direct & Re-delivery fees are applicable for delivery addresses that are incorrectly provided or insufficient.
If you would like to make a return by post, please ensure you inform us as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com
We welcome returns provided they are returned to us within (14) days of receipt and in re-saleable condition.
Sale items are excluded from returns.
No refunds for change of mind.
Items being returned should be sent using registered post or a trackable courier; we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge unless the returned item is faulty.
Please note that the shipping cost for returned items is payable by the purchaser. Returns shipping costs will only be refunded if the item sent is incorrect or faulty.
