Standard orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 business days, unless the products are on 'pre-order' status.
All shipments are subject to item availability.
We are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses.
We offer standard rate shipping costs, calculated in collaboration with Australia Post.
Bulky and fragile items will attract a delivery surcharge. (these items include but are not limited to furniture, mirrors and large lighting).

You will be issued with a tracking number via email when your order has been dispatched and has left our warehouse.
REDIRECTS AND REDELIVERIES
Re-direct & Re-delivery fees are applicable for delivery addresses that are incorrectly provided or insufficient.
If you would like to make a return by post, please ensure you inform us as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com
We welcome returns provided they are returned to us within (14?) days of receipt and in re-saleable condition.
Sale items are excluded from returns.
No refunds for change of mind.
Items being returned should be sent using registered post or a trackable courier; we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.
Any refund amount will be less the shipping charge unless the returned item is faulty.
Please note that the shipping cost for returned items is payable by the purchaser. Returns shipping costs will only be refunded if the item sent is incorrect or faulty.
