No Refunds for Change of Mind
Please choose wisely — House of Orange does not offer refunds for change of mind.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt for full-priced homewares (excluding artwork), provided items are unused, in original condition, in original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. House of Orange reserves the right to refuse returns that don't meet these criteria.
Inspection & Store Credit
Upon inspection, an exchange or store credit will be issued for the original item value (excluding shipping). Store credits apply when items become unavailable and remain valid for twelve months from the date of issue. House of Orange is not liable for breakages or damage occurring after an item leaves the delivery point.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Refunds, exchanges, or store credit are available for damaged or faulty items. Please email clear photos, your contact details, and your order number to retail@houseoforange.com.au within 24 hours of receipt.
Stock Variation
Variation of stock occurs due to the character of the product and is not a fault, as items are recycled or handmade. House of Orange will not replace or refund items on the basis of natural variation — please note any specific variation requests at the time of ordering.
Unsuitable Conditions
Items subjected to unsuitable conditions after delivery will not be credited or exchanged.
Delivery
- Small goods: 5 business days
- Large/sensitive items (furniture): 10 business days
- These timeframes are guidelines only; House of Orange is not liable for late deliveries
- Please contact the courier directly for delivery time queries
- Drop-off service only, unless otherwise specified
Warehouse Collection
Available with 24 hours' notice, Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm. Customers assume responsibility for any damage occurring after collection.

Warehouse collection is available for customers wishing to collect orders with at least 24 hours’ notice. Collection times are between 9.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday. House of Orange will not be liable for any damages that occur after leaving our warehouse, as this is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or the freight provider at the time. Items are required to be checked at the time of collection.
