Free collection is available from our workshop in Bentleigh East, Victoria.
Any delivery costs will be offered under cost price and will be calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address.
For deliveries within Victoria, we can offer an assembly service upon delivery. Orders delivered to other Australian states arrive in compact, sustainable packaging and are designed for straightforward assembly, with all instructions provided.
Any potential access issues must be communicated to our team prior to delivery. Unless otherwise arranged, delivery pricing is based on a two-person delivery to a ground-floor location with clear and unrestricted access.
Warranties
5 Year Warranty On Defects
House of Orange warrants all beds, tables and other made to order products.
We cover manufacturing or product defects i.e. materials and workmanship for a 5 year period.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage arising from abnormal use, no proper maintenance and modified goods.
Returns
Please choose wisely as House of Orange do not offer refunds for change of mind for made to order furniture.
