Care instructions: Remove non-greasy stains by carefully dabbing with a lint-free cloth or sponge wrung out in clean warm water. If necessary, clean by dabbing with soapy water with a little dish soap. Finally, dab the surface with clean water.

All of our Club Couches are shipped from Melbourne. Due to the size of this product we will contact you regarding shipping upon receipt of your order.

Please choose wisely as House of Orange do not offer refunds for change of mind. We accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your item on full-priced homewares items only (excluding artwork) and only accept unused items in their original condition, in the original packaging with the tags attached and the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these criteria are not met.

Products will be inspected upon their return and exchanges or store credits issued for the original value of the items excluding shipping costs. Store credits will be issued if the same item is unavailable and are valid for twelve months from the date of issue. House of Orange will not accept liability for any breakages or damages to goods which have been moved from the original delivery point.

Refund, exchange or store credit is available should you receive a damaged or faulty item. In such cases, please supply clear images of the item along with your contact details and order number to retail@houseoforange.com.au within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
