Our Story
In 2008, Dutch creative Emiel Hetsen and his childhood friend mathematical wizard Sander Klaver joined forces out of a love for vintage treasures and unique interiors that exude character and personality. The initials of their last names formed the name HKLIVING.
From an initial collection of 28 products, the Dutch based team now creates two main collections each year, sold in over 70 countries worldwide.
The result is an eclectic collection that is as much about inspiration as it is about the search for the extraordinary. A collection that strikes an exciting balance between modern and retro design and spans a range of price points - making HKLIVING accessible to different households around the world.
